(the 'Terms and Conditions')

Access to this website is confirmation that you have understood and agree to be legally bound
by the Terms and Conditions.
You will be able to access your member's records and conduct a range of administrative transactions.
If you use the "Get in touch" facility we will aim to process the request within five Business Days of receipt.
Please keep your password(s) and personal identification number (PIN) secret to ensure no unauthorised access is gained to the Service.
Please call your normal contact at Aylesbury if you believe either your password or PIN are no longer secret.
Trustees will be solely responsible for all activities conducted through the use of the password and PIN whether authorised by you or not.
Trustees will be responsible for ensuring that any information they pass onto their members conforms to their scheme rules and, where appropriate, the Inland Revenue requirements for Occupational Pension Schemes.
You will also be solely liable for any loss caused by such activities, with the exception of loss caused by the fraudulent access of a person or persons unknown and unrelated to you. However, this exception shall not apply if you have directly or indirectly given or made your password or PIN available to such a person or persons.
If we suspect misuse or a breach of security we may suspend the use of your password and PIN. If this action is taken we shall contact you as soon as possible to discuss regaining access to the Service.
Access and use
We will provide the Scheme Trustees with the non-transferable right to access and use of the Service, in accordance with the instructions set out in its pages, subject to the Terms and Conditions.
By agreement between the scheme Trustees and the Society, more than one username may be provided to the Trustees to allow multiple users to access and use the Service. The range of Services which can be accessed by each user may be restricted, subject to agreement between the Trustees and the Society
The Service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
All printed output arising from the use of the Service should be produced in a form and style approved by the Society.
The Service is not to be made available on a network or otherwise reproduced, transmitted or incorporated into any work in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
All other rights are reserved.
We may modify or withdraw the Service at any time.
Whilst we will use reasonable skill and care in producing the Service and ensuring that the Service is available in line with the advertised hours, you acknowledge and accept that access to it may not be uninterrupted or error free. You also acknowledge and accept that the Service could be subject to delays, in particular but not only, as a result of it being provided by the public Internet.
We make no other representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service and all representations, conditions, warranties, terms and conditions whether express or implied by statute,common law or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In no event shall we be liable to you for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential losses or damages (including third party claims, loss of profits, revenue or goodwill) suffered by you or any third party howsoever caused (including any such loss or damage suffered by you as a result of an action brought by a third party) arising in relation to the Service.
The Adobe Acrobat Reader software, which enables you to view and print documents from this site, is provided by a third party, in accordance with its terms and conditions. We cannot accept liability for any damage or loss arising from downloading and use of this software.
If you are in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions we may terminate your access to the Service without notice.
Your access will also end if:
The Terms and Conditions represent the entire Agreement between us relating to the Service
Delay or failure by us in enforcing this Agreement will not constitute a waiver, by us, of rights or remedies.
We may modify this Agreement at any time and will inform you of the change. The changes will be effective from the date they are first made available to you.
If any part of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remainder will not be affected.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

|'Get in touch'||using a pro-forma within the Service to request further information.|
|'Business Days'||Monday to Friday but not public holidays in England and Wales.|
|'Agreement'||the agreement between you and us contained in the Terms and Conditions.|
